Title of role:  Reliability Lead – 1st shift
Location: Jonesboro, AR
Pay: starting base pay is $35.09 per hour during evaluation period
After successful evaluation period, wage increases to $36.82 per hour
Shift: 7am – 3:15pm, Monday through Friday

The purpose of this role is to lead equipment and process reliability efforts across Processing (Compounding and Pre-Weigh) and Warehouse operations by driving loss elimination, improving asset performance, reducing downtime, and delivering sustainable operational improvements that support safety, quality, service, and cost objectives.Â

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Equipment ReliabilityÂ
- Own reliability strategy for Processing and Warehouse equipmentÂ
- Identify and eliminate chronic downtime and recurring failuresÂ
- Partner with Maintenance (MX) to improve PM effectiveness and breakdown responseÂ
- Establish and enforce reliability standards (Including Training Support)Â
- Maintain ownership of critical support Processing and Warehouse equipment reliabilityÂ
Process Improvement & ProjectsÂ
- Lead reliability and process improvement projects across Processing and WarehouseÂ
- Partner with Processing Engineer on capital and optimization initiativesÂ
- Use structured problem solving (RCA, Why-Why, WCM) to drive permanent fixesÂ
Loss Elimination & PerformanceÂ
- Analyze downtime, quality losses, and inefficienciesÂ
- Build and execute a loss elimination pipelineÂ
- Drive improvements in uptime, quality, and cost efficiencyÂ
- Own resolution of key reliability issues. (Will include portables, tanks, forklifts, drum dumpers, dock doors and levelers, etc.)Â
Leadership Support & CoverageÂ
- Provide leadership support in the absence of the Area LeadÂ
- Ensure continuity of operations, decision-making, and escalationÂ
- Support Processing Leads in daily execution, prioritization, and problem-solvingÂ
- Reinforce accountability, standards, and communication expectationsÂ
Standards & Capability BuildingÂ
- Develop and implement reliability standards for Processing and WarehouseÂ
- Coach teams on equipment ownership and early issue detectionÂ
- Support standard work development and adherenceÂ

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, or process improvement.Â
- Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.Â
- Proficiency in MS OfficeÂ
- Strong Organizational SkillsÂ
- Ability to prioritize and work autonomouslyÂ
- Strong coaching and communication skills.Â
- Proven analytical skills.Â

PREFERRED SKILLSÂ Â
- Experience of manufacturing in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Company and World Class Manufacturing. Â
- Experience as a team member within a Project Management team with an awareness of project management tools and techniques.Â
