As the Sales & Branch Manager in Statesboro, GA, you will lead sales growth and operational performance in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven market. This role is designed for a hands‑on sales leader who excels at building B2B relationships while executing established processes and performance expectations. You will be responsible for driving new business, leading and developing a team, and ensuring results align with company standards for profitability, service quality, and compliance. Success in this role requires strong selling skills, disciplined execution, and the ability to work closely with corporate leadership and support teams.Â
Essential FunctionsÂ
In addition to traditional management responsibilities, this role will:Â
Drive new business development through outside sales efforts, prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visitsÂ
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with decision-makers including HR leaders, operations managers, and executivesÂ
Identify client workforce needs and present customized staffing solutionsÂ
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service termsÂ
Meet and exceed branch revenue, gross margin, and growth targetsÂ
Oversee and direct office personnel to ensure branch and corporate objectives are achievedÂ
Lead recruitment strategy to align talent pipelines with client demandÂ
Set managerial direction and accountability for staff scheduling, cost control, and service qualityÂ
Perform personnel functions including hiring, performance management, and compensation administrationÂ
Monitor operational performance to ensure client satisfaction and retentionÂ
RequirementsÂ
Minimum 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (staffing or service-based sales preferred)Â
Demonstrated success in prospecting, closing new accounts, and growing revenueÂ
Strong consultative sales and negotiation skillsÂ
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse personalitiesÂ
Ability to operate independently and self-manage business development activitiesÂ
