Assistant General Manager

Salaries range from $50,000 to $60,000+ annually, contingent upon location and experience. In this role, you will be required to maintain open availability and work a 50-hour work week. As an AGM, you will support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing daily operations, scheduling staff, ordering supplies, and training personnel. Typical AGM responsibilities encompass:

• Operational Management: Ensuring exceptional shift execution, compliance with health/safety regulations, and cost control measures for labor and food.
• Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and scheduling team members to deliver superior customer service. Customer Experience: Resolving customer concerns and fostering a friendly, efficient guest experience.
• Support: Serving as the right-hand to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and leading in their absence.

Key qualifications include prior experience in food service or retail management, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
