JEM Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell Franchisee, is currently seeking qualified Assistant General Managers (AGMs) to join our teams in the Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA markets. Salaries range from $50,000 to $60,000+ annually, contingent upon location and experience. In this role, you will be required to maintain open availability and work a 50-hour work week. As an AGM, you will support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing daily operations, scheduling staff, ordering supplies, and training personnel. Typical AGM responsibilities encompass:

  • Support: Serving as the right-hand to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and leading in their absence.
