  • Collaborate closely with media planners, growth marketers, and creative teams.

  • Analyze performance metrics and attribution data to optimize campaigns.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Monitor advertising budgets and adjust spend strategies as needed.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of campaign structures, test results, optimizations, and best practices.
(Other related duties may be assigned.)

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in media buying, digital advertising, or performance marketing.

  • Experience with tools such as Hyros, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, Scribe, Lifetimely, TripleWhale, or equivalent platforms.

  • Working knowledge of media analytics tools (e.g., comScore).

  • Familiarity with media buying, market research, and digital advertising trends.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal partners and external vendors.

  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive contractor compensation

  • Flexible, fully remote working environment

  • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, mission-driven brand
