Extrusion Operator – Up to $21/hr – Hiring Immediately

Pay

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: Up to $21.00 per hour ($3 shift premium)
• 3rd Shift: Up to $20.00 per hour ($2 shift premium)
• 90-Day Review: Pay increase opportunity based on performance
• Service Bonus: Annual Years of Service
• Performance Incentive: Earn up to 15% over your first 3 years.

Shift Openings
2nd Shift
Monday – Friday
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd Shift
Sunday 10:00 PM – Friday 6:30 AM
Stable full-time hours with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Plastiflex is immediately hiring Extrusion Operator, Machine Operators and Production Operators for our manufacturing facility in Statesville, NC.
We manufacture tubing and flexible components used in healthcare equipment and other essential industries worldwide.
This position may also be referred to as Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, or Machine Operator in similar manufacturing environments.

What You'll Do

• Operate manufacturing and extrusion equipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards
• Package and label finished products
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow production instructions and documentation

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Machine Operator 2  
Previous manufacturing experience is essential for success. Job Speciality Training is provided with previous extrusion experience.
