Insul-Maxx Spray Foam & Coatings LLC is a family-owned insulation contractor specializing in residential new construction, commercial, and custom home projects. We are looking for dependable, hardworking Fiberglass Insulation Installers who take pride in producing quality work and being part of a team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Install fiberglass batt insulation in exterior walls, interior walls, ceilings, and floors.
Install blown-in fiberglass insulation in attics.
Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
Read basic construction plans and follow installation specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Communicate professionally with builders, superintendents, and coworkers.
Follow company quality standards and OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Previous fiberglass insulation experience preferred (training available for motivated applicants).
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
