We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality pediatric therapy services. In this role, you will help children reach their full communication potential while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for every patient. What You’ll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for pediatric speech and language disorders Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable patient goals Deliver therapy services and monitor patient progress Educate families and caregivers to support therapy outcomes at home Maintain accurate and timely documentation (evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care planning meetings Advocate for patient care and coordinate appropriate referrals Stay current with best practices through continuing education   QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For  Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology  Current licensure/registration with appropriate governing body  Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills  Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools Additional Requirements Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to travel locally  Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical job duties as needed Work Environment This role may involve exposure to clinical environments and typical healthcare conditions.
