聽GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Basic level of injection molding machine operation following demonstrated directions. Operates one or more machines under prescribed conditions after others complete set-up. Work includes cycling the machine, removing scrap material from the parts, checking molded parts by gaging and visual inspection, as prescribed. Refers all deficiencies to supervisors or leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
路 Performs basic mold press operations.
路 Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
路 Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
路 Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
聽QUALIFICATIONS:
路 High school diploma or GED.
路 Ability to followed demonstrated directions.
路 Good communication of the English language, both written and spoken.
路 Ability to read written instructions, use simple math and use basic hand held measuring tools.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
路 Should be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
路 Stand/Walk for full shift, 8-12 hours.
路 Bend/Twist.
路 Use of both hands.
