What You’ll Do
Represent Procon’s values through professional leadership and collaboration
Lead commercial concrete projects from planning through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and project documentation
Partner with customers, project teams  and trade partners to ensure successful delivery
Run effective meetings and maintain clear communication with owners, architects, and team members
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders
Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and cost tracking
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all contract requirements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction project management
Advanced blue print reading skills
Strong knowledge of ACI specifications, ADA requirements, and industry best practices (tilt-up, flatwork, slabs, hot/cold weather concreting, etc.)
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Foundation, Google Suite, Excel, and Bluebeam
OSHA 30 certification (construction)
First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to travel for projects
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
