Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team at the Springhill Suites & TownePlace Suites located in Steamboat Springs, CO. Candidates must have prior hotel management experience and a passion for delivering superior customer service. This is a dual property with 180 rooms, conference space, lounge, complimentary breakfast, and outdoor hot tubs and pool.

What You Will Be Doing:

Front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering
Human resources: hiring, scheduling, training, coaching and counseling of employees, problem resolution and discipline
Resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential problems, operational issues, business flow and associate performance
Prepare forecasts and reports and assist in the development, implementation and monitoring the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering

The Ideal Candidate:

Must have previous hotel management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work nights and weekends
