We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Maintenance Mastermind to lead the charge at our Steamboat, CO resorts, overseeing both the LVR Hilltop and The Fold Suites properties—keeping our spaces running flawlessly and ready for whatever the Colorado sunshine (or snow season) brings.

Here’s What You’ll Be Up To

• Leading daily maintenance operations across Hilltop and Suites, keeping everything running smooth, safe, and spotless.
• Rolling up your sleeves and working alongside your crew—you lead from the front, not from behind a desk.
• Managing preventive maintenance and seasonal projects—because in Steamboat, preparation is everything.
• Tackling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool systems, and all mechanical things with precision and care.
• Staying ahead of heat, cold, and mountain wear—our environment is paradise, but it keeps you on your toes.
• Coordinating with other departments and local vendors to ensure quick, high-quality repairs.
• Providing Manager on Duty support for the properties.
• Managing inventory, budgets, and purchase orders like a pro.
• Training and inspiring your crew to deliver top-notch, eco-conscious results every day.
• Owning safety, compliance, and emergency readiness—you’ll know the plan before the storm hits.

You’re Great Because

• You’ve got 3–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience and at least 1 year leading a team.
• You’re fluent in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, with experience in Steamboat’s climate.
• You hold CPO certification; you know your way around pool chemistry like a pro.
• You’re a working manager—not afraid to grab a wrench, climb a ladder, or solve a problem shoulder-to-shoulder with your team.
• You’re organized, communicative, and calm under pressure (even when the power flickers and the rain’s coming sideways).
• You lead with integrity, motivate through action, and never lose sight of the guest experience.
• Sustainability and inclusion aren’t buzzwords to you—they’re part of how you work and lead.
• Flexibility? You’ve got it. Weekends, weather, or whatever comes your way.
