From leading an incredible team to fine-tuning daily operations, you’ll be at the helm of creating seamless, soul-filled stays for every guest. Here’s What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Lead, support, and inspire the maintenance team through hands-on guidance, training, and day-to-day coordination.
  • Help keep our guest spaces and shared areas running beautifully through preventative maintenance, repairs, and thoughtful attention to detail.
  • Oversee maintenance projects involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, lighting, pools, and general building systems.
  • Partner closely with resort leadership to create efficient schedules, prioritize work orders, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Review completed work to ensure quality, safety, and consistency across the property.
  • Support compliance with OSHA standards, local building codes, and company safety practices tomaintaina safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.
  • Assistwith inventory management, supply ordering, and organization of tools and maintenance equipment.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and helpidentifyopportunities to improve efficiency, functionality, and the overall guest experience.
  • Maintainaccuratemaintenance logs, reports, and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Jump in wherever needed with a positive, team-first attitude and a commitment to making every stay feel effortless.

You’re Great Because:

  • You bring 5–10 years of maintenance experience, including hands-on knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • You havepreviousleadership or supervisory experience within hospitality, resorts, hotels, or timeshare properties.
  • You’recomfortable troubleshooting a variety of maintenance systems and enjoy finding practical, thoughtful solutions.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with guests, teammates, and leadership.
  • You value safety, organization, and doing things the right way.
  • You’reconfident using tools like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You’readaptable and comfortableworkingflexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, holidays, or emergency situations when needed.
  • You’rephysically able to perform active maintenance work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • A high school diploma orGEDisrequired. Associate or vocational training in HVAC or mechanical maintenance is a plus.
