We are seeking a professional and self-motivated Assistant Shift Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently and follows all company guidelines and procedures. You will assist the Shift Managers and General Manager with managing employees, working as scheduled in various departments, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has strong people skills and a passion for customer service.聽
Responsibilities 路 聽
- Oversee team & cover breaks/lunches聽
- Check in of deliveries聽
- Find and delegate tasks for those scheduled on sales floor and stockroom
- Hands on Customer service and work all departments personally
- Shift will be a rotation of days, nights, weekends
- Assist in setting up repair appts for any building maintenance issues incurred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous retail management experience聽
- Ability to work with all personalities
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
