ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance Technician:

Provides unscheduled repairs and preventative maintenance of equipment.
Performs mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
Reads and interprets equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
Maintains facilities.
Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Complies with OSHA Safety and health rules.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
Must have electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic experience.
Must have forklift experience, both to drive and to do basic repairs.
Must have basic hand tools used to perform duties.
Previous PLC Experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Good attendance.
Ability to take instruction and work independently.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND AND A DRUG SCREEN AS WELL AS A WRITTEN BASIC SKILLS MAINTENANCE TEST.

Uniforms are provided by the company after 90 days of employment.
