We are hiring Plastics Machine Operators for a Tier 1 Automotive facility. No prior experience is required. This role involves operating and monitoring plastic molding machines to ensure consistent production of high-quality parts.
Location: Sterling Heights (18 1/2 mile road)
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve plastic parts from the conveyor
- Inspect parts for visible defects
- Label each part accurately
- Transport completed parts to designated workstations
Available Shifts & Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $16hour
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $16.00/hour (includes $0.50 shift premium)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $17.00/hour (includes $1.50 shift premium)

·        Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
·        Follow instructions from supervisors accurately
·        Work well independently and as part of a team
·        Dependable and detail-oriented
