Are you ready to start your career with a dealership that’s Built Ford Tough? Sterling Heights Ford is looking for motivated, hands-on Lube Techs and Light Duty Recall Technicians to join our fast-paced service department.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance
• Handle light-duty recall repairs and service bulletins
• Assist senior techs and learn advanced diagnostics
• Ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely

What You Bring:

• Basic automotive knowledge or experience
• Willingness to learn and grow in the industry
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Ford experience a plus, but not required
