Assist prospective resident and encourage the sale through closing the prospect, and then helping them complete the resident application and verifications forms. Obtain credit and other information as needed and forward to the Community Manager for approval and to the Compliance Manager for compliance approval. Verify information as needed. Notify prospective residents of approvals and schedule move-in conference. Keep in contact with the prospect throughout the process.    Key responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route inquires appropriately. Assist residents and prospective tenants with general questions and requests Create , track , and follow-up on maintenance work order Maintain accurate records and files related to residents ,work orders, and office operation, Prepare documents , correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Word Enter , update, and manage data and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel Support leasing and property management staff with administrative tasks as needed    Work Environment & Expectations : Office - based position with regular interactions with residents and vendor (contractors) Professional demeanor and dependable attendance required Business casual attire  Candidates must have valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and pass criminal background check. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability  to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced office environment  Strong written and verbal communication skills
