THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Love to get their hands dirty, be known as a “gearhead”,
- Be able to prioritize and complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines,
- Be a self-starter, able to complete tasks using their knowledge and skill,
- Establish a process for activities that lead to the implementation of systems, procedures or outcomes
- Understand the needs of a situation and establish effective action plans.Â
THE TECHNICAL SERVICE COORDINATOR WILL:
- Own and manage the service issues log, ensuring all items are actively tracked and driven to resolutionÂ
- Follow up with service technicians and employees as well as internal Machining, Assembly, and Engineering teams to close open issues.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate service data in CRM and related systems, ensure service documentation is complete, organized, and current
- Follow up on quoted service work to drive conversion and schedulingÂ
- Conduct limited outbound calls related to service, parts, and open opportunitiesÂ
- Serve as a point of contact for customer updates, scheduling, and service coordinationÂ
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–7+ years in a service-related role (field service, maintenance, service advisor, or service coordination)Â
- Experience in capital equipment, manufacturing, industrial, or automotive service environments preferredÂ
- Customer-facing service experience strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitudeÂ
- Excellent organization and task management skillsÂ
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Experience with CRM/ERP or service management systems
