Keep growing your career.     ABOUT THE ROLE KMW Loaders is growing — and our Accounting team needs a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Clerk to help keep that growth on solid financial footing. If you take pride in accurate invoicing, enjoy the satisfaction of a clean aging report, and can hold a firm, professional line on collections without losing a customer relationship, this is your seat. You'll own the full cash-to-invoice cycle: billing customers accurately, applying payments, chasing down the occasional stubborn balance, and reconciling accounts so month-end close goes smoothly. WHAT YOU'LL DO Billing & Invoicing ✓  Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices on schedule. ✓  Process credit memos, adjustments, and billing corrections. ✓  Keep customer account records current in the ERP system. Collections & Reconciliation ✓  Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances — professionally, persistently. ✓  Apply payments accurately and resolve short-pays or unapplied cash. ✓  Reconcile the AR subledger to the general ledger each month.   WORK ENVIRONMENT This is an office-based role at our Sterling, KS facility, with occasional trips to the production floor to coordinate with Shipping or Production.   READY TO BALANCE YOUR CAREER GROWTH? Call KMW HR at 620-278-3641   Qualifications WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Education & Experience • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required • Associate's degree preferred, not required • 1–3 years AR/billing experience Technical Skills • Comfortable in Excel & ERP systems • Accurate 10-key data entry • Working knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and cash application processes Mindset • Detail-obsessed and organized • Calm, professional under a full plate • Strong verbal and written communication skills
