Job DetailsJob Location: IAD2 218 - Sterling, VA 20166Dos Toros Team Member – IAD Airport The Grove Inc. proudly operates Dos Toros inside Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and we’re looking for energetic, dependable Team Members to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, providing great customer service, and being part of a strong team, we’d love to hear from you. Pay $17.50 per hour + tips Available Shifts Morning: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests Prepare fresh food according to Dos Toros standards Take customer orders and accurately process transactions Assemble and serve burritos, bowls, tacos, and other menu items Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Stock ingredients and supplies as needed Work efficiently during busy rush periods Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other restaurant duties Work as part of a team to provide an excellent guest experience Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers What We’re Looking For Reliable and punctual team members Friendly and positive attitude Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and stay organized Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Previous restaurant, fast-casual, or customer service experience is a plus Willingness to learn and follow Dos Toros standards and procedures IMPORTANT IAD AIRPORT REQUIREMENTS Because this position is located inside Washington Dulles International Airport, all candidates are required to: Successfully pass an in-person TSA fingerprint background check Provide two forms of valid, original, undamaged identification Meet all airport security and badging requirements Complete the required fingerprinting and airport badging process Please note: Candidates must have the required identification available and be able to successfully complete the TSA fingerprint background check and airport badging process. Comply: Always complies with all airport and/or train station rules and regulations. Dependability: Is punctual. Can be relied upon to be at work according to schedule. Complies with policies regarding clocking in/out and use of breaks. Uniform/Personal Appearance:  Always dressed in complete uniform and presents a well-groomed appearance. Product Handling/Stocking:  Handles all products and supplies in a safe and sanitary manner.  Distributes the products and supplies efficiently according to store’s requisition/stock list. Company Policies and Procedures:  Regularly adheres to policies and standard operating procedures.  Must be able to bend, twist and stand for extended periods to perform job functions. Must have the ability to lift and push objects weighing over 40 lbs. Follows safety rules provided in the TGI Safety Manual along with other TGI policies and procedures.
