Pay $17.50 per hour + tips Available Shifts Morning: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests Prepare Dunkin’ coffee, beverages, food, and baked goods according to brand standards Take customer orders and accurately process transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Stock ingredients, supplies, and products as needed Work efficiently during busy rush periods Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other restaurant duties Work as part of a team to provide an excellent guest experience Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers What We’re Looking For Reliable and punctual team members Friendly, positive attitude Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and stay organized Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Previous restaurant, coffee shop, food-service, or customer service experience is a plus Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin’ standards and procedures IMPORTANT IAD AIRPORT REQUIREMENTS Because this position is located inside Washington Dulles International Airport, all candidates are required to: Successfully pass an in-person TSA fingerprint background check Provide two forms of valid, original, undamaged identification Meet all airport security and badging requirements Complete the required fingerprinting and airport badging process Please note: Candidates must have the required identification available and be able to successfully complete the TSA fingerprint background check and airport badging process. Company Policies and Procedures:  Regularly adheres to policies and standard operating procedures.  Must be able to bend, twist and stand for extended periods to perform job functions. Must have the ability to lift and push objects weighing over 40 lbs. Follows safety rules provided in the TGI Safety Manual along with other TGI policies and procedures.
