Guest-Facing & Technical Responsibilities Elevated Service: Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and wiper installs while ensuring a top-tier guest experience. Safety Inspections: Conduct rigorous visual safety checks and fluid adjustments to guarantee vehicle reliability. Preventative Care: Test batteries and adjust tire pressure, maintaining the highest safety compliance standards. Hospitality: Provide windshield washing and clear communication to guests regarding their vehicle’s health. Operational Excellence: Maintain a spotless, inviting shop environment and handle computer transactions accurately.
