Role: M365 Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Must 5 days On-Site in Either Irving, TX or Henderson, NV. (Need to be Willing to Convert at Around $140k + 15% Bonus)

Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer

We're partnering with a well-established enterprise that is investing heavily in modern workplace technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence.

They are adding a senior engineer who can own key Microsoft collaboration platforms while helping drive the next phase of their AI strategy.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise solutions—not simply maintain existing environments.

What You'll Work On

• Lead engineering efforts across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  
• Support and enhance enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.
  
• Build scalable automation to streamline IT operations and business processes.
  
• Strengthen email security, governance, and compliance.
  
• Help stand up and mature the organization's AI platform while evaluating new Microsoft AI capabilities.
  
• Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver modern technology solutions.
  

What We're Looking For

·        5+ years of Microsoft infrastructure engineering experience in an enterprise environment.

·        Strong background supporting Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, and hybrid messaging environments.

·        Experience with identity and endpoint management technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.

·        Hands-on knowledge of enterprise email security, threat protection, and messaging administration.

·        Experience administering secure email platforms such as Proofpoint, Mimecast, or similar technologies.

·        Comfortable working with PowerShell and automation tools.

·        Experience with Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate.

·        Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, or other enterprise AI initiatives is highly desirable.

·        Someone who enjoys designing and implementing new solutions while helping shape long-term technology strategy.
