Centurion鈥檚 MHA Administrative Fellowship聽is a unique post-graduate leadership development opportunity designed for emerging healthcare leaders interested in correctional healthcare administration. The fellow will gain comprehensive exposure to healthcare operations within correctional settings while working alongside senior leaders to support strategic initiatives, quality improvement efforts, population health programs, and operational excellence. This fellowship offers a distinctive opportunity to learn how healthcare is delivered to an underserved and medically complex patient population while contributing to initiatives focused on clinical quality, patient safety, behavioral health, chronic disease management, and operational performance. 聽 Fellowship Experience The fellow will work closely with executive leadership and participate in projects across multiple operational and clinical functions, including: 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Healthcare operations and administration 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Strategic planning and organizational development 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Quality improvement and patient safety 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Behavioral health services 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Population health management 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Finance and healthcare analytics 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Compliance and accreditation 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Workforce planning and employee engagement 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Clinical program development 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Contract management and performance improvement Key Responsibilities 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Lead and support cross-functional projects that improve healthcare delivery, efficiency, and patient outcomes. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Analyze operational, financial, and clinical performance data to identify improvement opportunities. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Develop presentations, reports, and recommendations for executive leadership. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Participate in strategic planning activities and organizational initiatives. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Support quality assurance, risk management, and accreditation efforts. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to implement healthcare best practices. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist in evaluating healthcare programs and measuring performance outcomes. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Attend leadership meetings and gain exposure to executive decision-making processes. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Conduct research and benchmarking activities to support organizational goals.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Health Administration. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Graduation within the previous聽12 months聽or completion of degree requirements before fellowship start date. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional, military, or volunteer activities. Preferred Qualifications 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Previous internship or work experience in healthcare. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Interest in correctional healthcare, public health, population health, or healthcare operations. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with healthcare data analysis, quality improvement, or project management. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.
