Employees have the opportunity to work with experienced sales leadership and contribute to reporting, customer support, pricing, forecasting, and business coordination activities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, theĀ Sales Support Coordinator IĀ will provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to one or more sales teams, including Sales Directors and Vice Presidents. This position will assist with pricing, sales presentations, reporting, customer and vendor documentation, forecasting, and coordination across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Strong proficiency inĀ Microsoft Excel and PowerPointĀ is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update, maintain, and review price lists based on established pricing structures.
  • Prepare and develop product specification sheets and related documentation.
  • Organize and maintain sales presentation materials.
  • Process customer and vendor forms for new and existing accounts.
  • Submit sample, first-batch, and R&D requests and coordinate follow-up as needed.
  • Assist with periodic and quarterly sales review presentations and reports.
  • Prepare analytical reports to support sales channels and business decisions.
  • Maintain customer reports, sales forecasts, budgets, and related sales information.
  • Attend assigned sales channel meetings and document or coordinate follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors and VPs to address customer requirements and support sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Accounting, Operations, and other internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure sales-related information is updated in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service, business administration, or a related environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated proficiency inĀ Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales teams, Sales Directors, or senior sales leadership.
  • Experience preparing sales reports, forecasts, budgets, or presentations.
  • Familiarity with pricing, customer documentation, or product specifications.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in food, consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry.
