Full Time Occupational Therapist – Steubenville, OH

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a skilled nursing setting. This flexible role is ideal for therapists who want to make an impact while maintaining control over their schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence and functional abilities
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  
• Document patient progress accurately and according to facility standards
  
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
  
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
  

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  
• Active Ohio OT license
  
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
  
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred, but not required
