Position Overview:
We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients in a skilled nursing setting. This flexible role is perfect for a therapist looking to make a difference while working on their own schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients to restore, maintain, and improve physical function and mobility
   
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress according to facility standards
   
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
   
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered services
   

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
   
• Active Ohio PT license
   
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
   
• Previous SNF experience preferred but not required

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S. Masters or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Physical Therapist.
