The Cleaning Quality Coordinator helps ensure every client location is cleaned to Spotless Co. standards by supporting cleaners in the field, training new team members, filling in when needed, and monitoring quality. This role includes restocking supplies, performing inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement, and helping the team deliver consistent, high-quality service.
