Our Marketing Analysts contribute to the development and administration of corporate marketing programs.

This position can be filled as a Marketing Analyst or a Senior Marketing Analyst, based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Analyst, you will:

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain market research used in the development of marketing programs. Prepare reports that interpret market conditions and potentials.

  • Collect marketing intelligence regarding marketing and brand performance.

  • Create tools and reporting and which measures and communicates the effectiveness of Sentry’s current customer experience.

  • Administer customer survey development. Design survey drafts and build questionnaires within Qualtrics Explore survey platform.

  • Create reports and data visualization dashboards as necessary, including system-generated reports and additional analysis in excel as needed.

  • Design and facilitate qualitative customer panel and design reporting of results.

  • Participate in the development of a customer outreach program. Help define protocol for customer follow-up. 

What it Takes

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience. 5 or more years of related work experience preferred.

  • Marketing and database experience is required.

  • Ability to learn, understand, and apply a wide range of company products, services, and marketing strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to include working knowledge of complex statistical analysis, spreadsheets, and database applications.

  • Qualtrics Explore and Qualtrics XM Discover experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience in strategy and relationship management preferred.

  • Working knowledge of CX experience best practices preferred.
