Description

The Inflatable Floor Manager will coordinate and monitor production activities, ensuring contract requirements, product specifications, and deadlines are met. The floor manager reports directly to the Inflatables Production Manager. 


 

 Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Reviews contract specifications, drawings, sales orders and other project documents to understand requirements.
  • Oversees inflatable production staff and production schedule.
  • Ensure acceptable quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Supervise staff to reduce labor variances and lessen down time.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Assists with setting and overseeing work assignments, schedules, and work quality of the inflatable manufacturing team.

  


Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills; organizational skills, attention to detail; time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills; supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, to delegate them when appropriate;  read and interpret blueprints to draft clear and detailed manufacturing procedures.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and/or working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times
