Description

Fulcrum Reliability Systems is looking for an experienced Field Superintendent to coordinate and manage all on-site activities. Field Superintendents work with project teams and office departments to deliver successful projects to owners, on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. The Superintendent is responsible for orderliness on-site and ensuring compliance with safety regulations at all times. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strong leader who maintains a calm disposition under pressure, prioritizes safety, and never compromises on quality.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Promote safety advocacy, involvement, and engagement throughout the site at all times.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility, resource availability, and allocation.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Define communication paths and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors and lead all collaboration channels, such as meetings and reports.

Inspections and Audits

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Audit and conduct training as needed, including torquing, project software, sealing, and joint pack installation.

Requirements

  • B.Eng. or B.S. in a technical discipline- Naval Nuclear Power School graduate, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of technical project management or operations experience in a complex critical infrastructure environment. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising employees engaged in tasks and work scopes similar to the scope of the project.
  • Proven management experience in building scalable initiatives, defining roadmaps, and translating strategic initiatives into tactical, objective projects.
  • Valid OSHA 30 Hour Construction Outreach course, or equivalent.
  • PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
