The Maintenance Engineer operates, repairs, and maintains the physical plant as well as other hospital equipment/systems in a safe cost effective and industry accepted manner. Also, this position ensures a safe and reliable environment in which to provide medical services.

- Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employee residence and meet all criteria required under Lakeview’s Automobile Liability Guidelines
- Basic computer and email skills
Good customer service, troubleshooting, and mechanical aptitude skills, and able to change or reprioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet our patients/building needs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical school training in plant operations/building maintenance and/or HVAC
- 1-year experience in the operation of H.V.A.C., refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems, preferably in a health care setting
