Occupational Therapist, Homecare Casual

Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their home.

Work Schedule:  Casual; Monday-Friday 8-4:30 on a PRN basis

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Complete continuing education as required by state licensing boards
• Minnesota (MN) or Wisconsin (WI) Occupational Therapy license upon start date
• Must provide proof of MN and WI Occupational Therapy license within 4 months of start, if both MN and WI Occupational Therapy licenses are not present on start date
• Must have vehicle, valid driver’s license with auto insurance, and meet all criteria required under Lakeview’s Automobile Liability Guidelines
• Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
