History:

Lift Bridge Brewing Co (LBBC) is a production brewery located in the birthplace of Minnesota, Stillwater.

Description

The Lift Bridge production team is looking for the right person to grow with us. We are seeking a person who is outgoing, quality and safety minded, hard-working, a self starter and of high character. Previous packaging and warehouse experience is required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift 55lbs and move 165lbs occasionally
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Effectively multi-task, critically think and have problem solving capabilities
  • Computer literate/comfortable using Google platform
  • Experience driving a forklift
  • Work a flexible work schedule with little supervision
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Hard work ethic and positive attitude
  • Must be able to communicate effectively

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of materials for production
  • The setup, operation, and tear-down of a semi-automated can filler, bottle filler, keg filler, large format bottle filler, can filler, labeler and all associated equipment
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • QA testing related to the packaging process
  • Conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of all packaging equipment
  • Adhering to established safety protocol while promoting a culture of safety awareness
  • Contributing to an atmosphere of teamwork within the department and throughout the company
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure the needs of the packaging schedule and quality standards have been met
  • Double checking of tank volumes, beer parameters, and scheduling requests related to the day's production needs
  • Communicating department concerns, needs, suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Work with warehouse coordinator on warehouse needs
  • General housekeeping
  • Other duties as assigned
