ARE YOU WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

Basic Requirements

Ability to work a Monday - Friday schedule, with some flexibility based on residents' needs
Proficiency with Outlook and scheduling programs
Sharp attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new programs
Comfort communicating with all residents, staff, and family members about care aspects
Ability to create and strengthen personal relationships
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resident needs

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS OUR RESIDENTIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR

This position manages all aspects of our residential care services, directing the care team in responding to residents' needs and maintaining a compassionate, high-quality independent living environment. You'll make sure that our medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, social, and emotional services comply with regulations and appropriately meet each resident's unique needs.

By fostering relationships with residents, staff, and family members, you'll help maintain a cohesive and collaborative environment where the residents can live their best possible lives. You'll also have a hand in our advertising efforts, working with our marketing team to effectively promote our organization and attract new residents to the facility. Additional responsibilities may be required to meet resident/business needs.
