About This Opportunity

We're currently growing our remote travel support team and are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to join us as Travel Client Experience Specialists. In this role, you'll assist travelers throughout the planning process by helping coordinate reservations, organizing trip details, and providing responsive support to help create a positive and stress-free experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and managing details in a virtual work environment. No prior experience in the travel industry is required training, onboarding, and continued support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with vacation planning based on travel interests, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, cruises, excursions, and activities
  • Review and compare travel options using approved booking systems and supplier platforms
  • Provide updates regarding reservations, itinerary progress, and upcoming travel details
  • Respond to client questions through email, phone, and online communication channels
  • Support itinerary changes, special requests, and follow-up coordination as needed
  • Maintain organized records and accurate client documentation within internal systems
  • Participate in remote training sessions, onboarding programs, and team development activities
