We are hiring a Sr. EHS Compliance Specialist in our frozen pie plant in Stilwell, OK. In this role you will be responsible for the development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of safety programs, policies, and processes to achieve a workplace free of work- related injuries and to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Supporting the implementation and administration of safety and compliance programs, including incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Developing and communicating safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Leading and facilitating safety committee meetings to enhance employee engagement and workplace safety culture.
  • Maintaining documentation related to risk assessments and safety considerations for equipment and materials.
  • Partnering with plant leadership to consult on equipment/process design to minimize risk and meet safety goals.
  • Overseeing all aspects of the facility’s Risk Management Program (RMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM), ensuring compliance, documentation, and follow-up on audit findings.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and other State or Federal programs.
  • Work experience or education in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene and/or Industrial Safety and Health.
  • Must be willing to obtain training in safety, PSM, and environmental regulations and related programs.
  • Specialized knowledge of hazardous materials.
  • Experience with plant operations and processes preferred. Able to work in both hot and cold environments.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
