Project Manager – Healthcare Construction (Medford, OR or Redding, CA)

$120,000 – $140,000+ DOE (Range may flex upward for highly qualified candidates)

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a $10M–$25M ground-up healthcare construction project in Redding, California. This is a high-impact role focused on project financial performance, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and healthcare compliance (OSHPD/HCAI preferred). The ideal candidate can step into an active project environment and drive execution from early stages through closeout.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day management of a complex healthcare project, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
• Own project financials: job cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, pay applications, and SOV management
• Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, and submittals
• Partner with the Superintendent to develop and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project
• Work closely with in-house architects, owners, and senior leadership
• Enforce site safety, quality control, and contract compliance
• Support project buyout, estimating, and closeout documentation

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
• Strong background in healthcare or large ground-up commercial projects
• Demonstrated expertise in project financial management and cost control
• Ability to step into an active project and hit the ground running
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project
• Strong knowledge of contracts, change management, and subcontract administration
• Ability to travel as needed

Preferred/Strong Plus

• OSHPD/HCAI experience
• Experience with Sage 300, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
• OSHA 30 certification

Compensation & Location Support

• Salary: $120,000 – $140,000+ DOE
• Onsite in Redding, CA or Medford. OR
• Relocation assistance available (or housing + per diem)
