Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide helpful, professional service and expert insurance support to clients and producers.
- Execute the renewal of lines of coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist clients promptly with inquiries related to billing, claims, and coverage questions.
- Process policy binding, checking, endorsements, and manage claims and marketing renewals.
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, paired with 2-3+ years of general office experience.
An active Life & Health License is preferred.Â
Commanding knowledge and high-level expertise in insurance products, markets, and ratings.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven drive to deliver superior customer service to clients and colleagues.
