LifeWorks is hiring an Occupational Therapist in Tracy, CA! We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate OT to provide coverage for our Tracy-area clients. What You’ll Do
As an Occupational Therapist with LifeWorks, you will provide high-quality, individualized therapy services that help clients build skills, confidence, and independence in everyday life. You’ll collaborate closely with families and other professionals while creating personalized treatment plans that support meaningful progress.
In this role, you will:
- Â Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plansÂ
- Â Provide engaging, client-centered occupational therapy sessionsÂ
- Â Support development of functional, motor, sensory, and daily living skillsÂ
- Â Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote carryover at homeÂ
- Â Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as neededÂ
- Â Complete timely and accurate documentationÂ
- Â Work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to strong client outcomesÂ
- Â Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing professional developmentÂ
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an OT who is skilled, warm, motivated, and excited to be part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
-  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programÂ
- Â Current California Occupational Therapist licenseÂ
- Â Experience working with clients with developmental, physical, or cognitive challenges preferredÂ
- Â Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Â Ability to work independently and as part of a teamÂ
