We're seeking an experienced banking professional who thrives on relationship banking and enjoys both business development and serving customers. Ideally, you'll bring experience in branch operations and lending. Depending on your background, this position may be structured as: Branch Manager & Mortgage Loan Originator Branch Manager & Agricultural Lender Branch Manager (for an exceptional operational leader while we build our lending team) We're more interested in finding the right person than fitting someone into a rigid job description. What You'll Do As a key leader of our newest location, you'll combine relationship banking, customer service, lending, and branch leadership to create an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Include: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, businesses, and community organizations. Serve customers by identifying and delivering residential mortgage, agricultural, or other lending solutions based on their financial needs. Analyze loan applications, assess risk, and make lending decisions within authority or recommend loans for approval. Manage and grow your loan portfolio while providing exceptional ongoing customer service. Lead and support daily branch operations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Coach, support, and foster a positive, collaborative team environment while helping resolve complex customer concerns. Represent the Bank through community events, networking opportunities, and business development activities. Cross-sell banking products and services that help customers achieve their financial goals. Ensure compliance with bank policies, banking regulations, and operational procedures while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
