Responsibilities聽


Brand Strategy

路 Brand position development and stewardship聽

路 Brand visual identity development and stewardship

路 Brand awareness tracking

路 Brand Ambassador strategy and relationship management


Business Management

路 Global brand performance analysis and KPI reporting

路 Participate in annual global brand strategic planning and budget process聽

路 Budget management

路 Responsible for Trademark management, including trademark registration for new products and ongoing trademark renewals


Product Strategy & Management

聽路 Responsible for developing 3-year product roadmap: collaborate with Innovation team to plan introduction of new innovation products, plan timing of label design / packaging updates, new size introductions, packets, ingredient updates, display development, bonus sizes

路 SKU management / rationalization

路 Responsible for global pricing strategy

路 NPD Program Management

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Non-Innovation NPD

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Drive new product through the development process, ensuring all key milestones 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽are achieved

Brand Marketing

路 Sponsorships and Donations

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Determine what sponsorship and donation opportunities the brand will participate in

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Manage budget

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Manage sponsorship and donation partner relationships

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Communicate sponsorship and donation activity via content calendar and drive comms 聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽opportunities with channel owners (make sure we talk about it to get the brand equity)


Retail / OTC Marketing

路 Develop and project manage execution of global retail marketing programs

路 Line review pitch deck development and presentation and drive mockup creation

路 Global retailer events: investment strategy, footprint strategy

路 Regular in-store visits to understand brand and product sets

路 Drive development of OTC marketing materials to ensure brand alignment

路 Trade publication advertising

Requirements


Qualifications

路 5-10 years Marketing experience

路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

路 Former CPG experience preferred聽

路 Beauty/ Multicultural experience preferred聽

路 Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment

路 Able to roll up their sleeves and get the job done while processes are not clear or being revamped聽

路 Demonstrates excellence in communication, analytical and project management

路 Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint/ Office Suite聽

路 Can effectively build relationships and influence senior levels in the organization across regions and functions

路 Drive for results, able to influence and accomplish tasks through formal and informal channels
