ABOUT THE ROLEÂ
As the Assistant Principal, you’ll partner with the Principal to support daily operations, develop your team, and drive a strong, consistent classroom experience. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive environment for children, families, and staff.Â

WHAT YOU WILL DOÂ
- Help run daily school operations and create a safe, engaging environment for children Â
- Support teachers and classrooms, including stepping in when coverage is needed Â
- Build strong relationships with families and provide a great experience Â
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and enrollment activities like tours Â
- Coach and support teachers to help them succeed Â
- Follow all safety, licensing, and school proceduresÂ

Qualifications:Â
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferredÂ
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, school administration, or a similar setting Â
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience required; equivalent experience may be considered Â
- Must meet all state-specific education, certification (including CPR/First Aid, where required), and licensing/health requirements, including ongoing professional development Â
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements Â
- Working knowledge of licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements preferred Â
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team membersÂ
- Must be at least 18 years of age Â
