What You'll Do

As a Home Care Occupational Therapist, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including:

Evaluating patients' functional abilities and developing personalized treatment plans
Improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and promoting independence
Conducting home safety assessments and recommending adaptive equipment or home modifications
Providing therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and mobility
Educating patients and caregivers on techniques to maximize safety and function
Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation

Requirements

Need to have:

* Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OTR) license

* Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience

* Afternoon availability

Nice to Have:

* Previous home care experience

* Monday–Friday availability
