Position Summary

Moore Haven Yacht Club is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Revenue & Reservations Coordinator to support reservation operations, guest communications, and revenue activities. This role is responsible for managing reservation requests, maintaining accurate records, assisting guests, and supporting business operations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

* Manage guest reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels.
* Assist with bookings, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
* Maintain accurate reservation and customer records.
* Provide professional support to guests and respond to questions promptly.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
* Assist with revenue tracking, reports, and operational updates.
* Monitor reservation activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Maintain accurate data entry and documentation.
* Support administrative tasks related to reservations and customer service.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, administration, or a related field preferred.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online systems.
* Professional customer service approach.

Remote Work Requirements

* Must currently reside in the United States.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
* Must have reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote workspace.
* Availability during U.S. business hours required.
