What you will do:

We are looking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team. The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive operational and administrative support for our human resources department. This role is will handle employment files, maintaining HRIS data, benefits and leave administration, recruiting support, compliance reporting, payroll coordination, vendor billing, and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about Human Resources, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing confidential information with discretion.  

The Human Resources Coordinator will be an important part of our cultural events of our employee centric company and will need to have the personality to be a cultural champion. 

The candidate needs to have experience with ADP Workforce Now and needs to have excellent Word and Excel skills, and a good understanding of PowerPoint. The Human Resources Coordinator should have a basic understanding of employment laws.  We are looking for someone with an engaging personality, who thrives in a complex environment with a solution oriented mindset. 

The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option and will report to the Sr. Director, Human Resources.

IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL:

  • Performs diverse clerical and administrative activities
  • Maintenance and audit of employment files 
  • Review payroll and time card details, ensuring accuracy of compensation changes, deductions, and time/attendance data 
  • Process employment applications and support recruiting activities, including interview coordination and candidate communications
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes; internal systems setup and prepare and administer new hire orientation
  • Field benefits questions 
  • Support cultural activities and events for the company 
  • Assist with compliance projects/reports, i.e. governmental, state, E-Verify, COBRA, EEO, OSHA and workers compensation, etc.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reviews
  • Process the benefit program including eligibility tracking, enrollments and enrollment portals, updating the HRIS system, working with 3rd party vendors to resolve any conflicts, and auditing benefit billing
  • Maintain and update forms and systems for workers compensation claims, short term or long-term disability claims and claim follow up 
  • Handles special tasks and requests as needed 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a degree in Human Resources required
  • 2+ years of Human Resources support 
  • Good understanding of payroll/HRIS systems, ideally ADP Workforce Now

  • Good understanding of Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Resiliency and high emotional intelligence
  • Positive energy and great interpersonal skills
  • Detailed follow up and documentation
  • Good computer user skills (ADP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and able to work cross functionally with all levels in the organization and with vendors
  • Excellent time management skills

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Interact regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on direction of management, presents information for decision making to manager, and the ability to independently follow up on pending item and to manage their own daily tasks and projects as assigned by management.  

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position does not supervise employees.

For this role, the pay range is $57,000 –$63,000, annually, which is what we reasonably expect to offer when filling the position. Your actual offer will depend on things like your experience, skills, and what you bring to the team.
