Under the supervision of the Building Superintendent, the Maintenance Person is responsible to ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained and friendly environment for members to enjoy. In the absence of a professional staff person, he/she will be directly responsible for the entire Stoughton Branch facility including the parking lot area, security of the building and general well being of the members. He/She will reflect and display the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, the four core values of character development.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs
- Must have passed physical and drug screen
