In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:   

  Deliver reliable test results by accurately performing routine setups, calibrations, and repetitive testing that engineers depend on for decision-making  

  Build and maintain critical hardware by fabricating test rigs, fixtures, harnesses, and assembling electronic and mechanical systems  

  Ensure measurement accuracy by installing, calibrating, and troubleshooting instruments like gauges, transducers, and fuel/oil test systems  

  Minimize downtime by quickly diagnosing and repairing issues in test cells, cooling systems, and data acquisition setups  

  Support engineering efficiency by correctly reading wiring diagrams and executing test plans with precision and consistency  

  Provide actionable insights by documenting clear, standardized test results that help teams validate performance and improve designs  

  Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by effectively working with engineers, suppliers, and customers to resolve technical issues  

  Drive continuous improvement by contributing to quality procedures, audits, and process enhancement initiatives
