JOB SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the School Age Director, the Site Coordinator is responsible for programming and supervision of the School Age licensed program. The Site Coordinator will plan and implement a program of activities which will ensure each child鈥檚 personal safety while providing entertainment, physical challenges, and learning experiences. The Site Coordinator is responsible for all billing and timely collection of payments. The Site Coordinator will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y, and the regulating agency.S/He will display and encourage the character traits of caring, responsibility, honesty and respect in the fulfillment of all job duties, as well as perform the following job functions.

Qualifications

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of 20 years of age.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽聽聽聽聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 B.S. or B.A. with 9 months experience with school age children, or High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year working with school age.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to create and sustain a culture of excellence and work and thrive as part of a cohesive team.

  • Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and clean when necessary.
  • Will sometimes work early morning, late nights and weekends.
  • Strong oral communication skills required for occasional public speaking responsibilities.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 75lbs on occasion and 40lbs frequently (children) and move intermittently during work hours.
