People Architects is partnering with an established organization to hire a Graphic Designer who will bring marketing ideas to life through polished print and digital materials. Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a variety of marketing and sales materials, including brochures, catalogs, sample books, sell sheets, flyers, lookbooks, newsletters, and other sales collateral.
  • Create, format, revise, and update marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Prepare high-resolution, print-ready files for commercial printing, ensuring proper bleeds, color profiles, image resolution, file formats, and production requirements.
  • Work within established templates, brand standards, and design systems.
  • Create website graphics and assist with website updates using platforms such as Shopify and Weebly.
  • Create social media graphics using provided content and visuals.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Content Specialist to turn written content into effective visual communications.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and production experience, with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files for commercial printing, with a strong understanding of bleeds, color profiles, image resolution, file formats, typography, and layout.
  • Strong visual judgment and an understanding of how image selection, placement, sizing, and resolution affect the final product.
  • Strong proofreading and spelling skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Shopify and/or Weebly experience is a plus.
